Most major European airports have direct flights to Tenerife airport south Reina Sofia TFS.
London, Paris or Milan to Tenerife take four and a half hours, Scandinavian destinations slighty longer.
On reaching the airport in Tenerife TFS, take a taxi from the airport. The fare to the harbour of Los Cristianos is approximately twenty euros and the ride will take about 20 minutes.
The Fred Olsen Express and Naviera Armas will take you to San Sebastian, the capital city of La Gomera. This journey takes about an hour. From there take the bus linea 1 or a taxi to Valle Gran Rey. The ride will take about one and a half hours. If you wish to hire a car, you can book through our reception at the Gomera Lounge.
A ferry directly to Valle Gran Rey don`t exist since the 1st of february 2012.
We organize a taxi service on request, which will pick you up at the ferry in San Sebastian or in the harbour in Vueltas, Valle Gran Rey. The taxi driver will accompany you to your apartment.
When planning your journey, we advise you to to take ferry departure times into consideration. Some travel agencies offer flights which arrive too late in the evening in Tenerife, making it impossible for you to get to La Gomera by ferry that night.
On your return journey, take into consideratuion that you will be unable to arrive on time for an early morning plane departure. Please leave at least 2.5 hours between the arrival of the ferry in Los Critianos and your flight departure time.
